Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over €100 [in mainland France]. Orders ship within [1–2] business days, packed to protect the leading and trailing edges of your fins.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties are payable by the recipient.

Damaged parcel? Note specific reservations with the carrier, take photos and email us within 48 hours at contact@blightfins.com.

Returns – right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind.

  1. Click Withdraw from contract (customer account or footer), select your order and the products concerned, then Confirm withdrawal. Without an account, you can also use the form below.
  2. You receive an acknowledgement by email with the return address.
  3. Send the products back within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging where possible, to: [return address]. Return costs: [paid by you / free].
  4. Refund within 14 days at the latest, using your original payment method.

A fin that has been fitted and used on the water cannot be fully refunded: a deduction reflecting its loss of value may apply.

Faulty product? The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies, not the withdrawal right. Email us with photos; return shipping is on us.
